   When you hit the beach for a surf or just a day to bask in the sun, there are so many colors of swimming gear that people have that the beach is like a colorful scattered rainbow bliss. While most people are particular about color, chances are you haven’t paid much attention to the common colors of swimming gear. No harm done, but there are some common colors that are used when making swimming trunks. White swim trunks are one such color.

   While white is considered a hard color to maintain, there are people who prefer to have white clothes even to the point of them purchasing white swim trunks. The two more popular types of swimming trunks, regular-styled shorts and the surfer kind boarder shorts are both available in different variations of white. The styles and designs differ because as with any other kind of clothing, swimming gear is part of being fashionable. There are considerations that are placed like issues of decency and the like; white can be a revealing color. The interesting thing though is that most white swimming gear is designed with two layers and thus does not reveal much. White swimming gear shares some common similarities with its other color counterparts. These similarities include the inner lining design. With most swimming gear, the inner lining is made of a net lining for added comfort and opacity to ensure that the gear is fashionable yet does not reveal more than is enough. This design for men and boys is likened to briefs and other form fitting garments. The other similarity that is shared among the “colors” is the leg width.

 

   While some styles of swimming gear tend to be body-hugging tight designs, there are some designs that are looser and not so tight. Most white swimming gear is loose rather than tight because of the brightness of the color. Thankfully, there are other color options should one prefer to have a tighter style swimming trunk. With white and certain other colors, decency and comfort are placed into consideration. One of the concerns about white clothing is the up keep. White swimming gear is designed with materials that do not pick up smears and marks easily. This is helpful for the color as it would be damaging to have a huge stain that is unrecoverable. Most white swimming gear is made from nylon and in some cases, polyester. 

 

   

White swim trunks are available in a variety of styles and designs and while some may think that they are too delicate to wear, they are actually as durable and long lasting as other designs and colors and also decent enough to wear for a trip to the beach, pool, lake or even Jacuzzi. If you love white, you may find yourself in good company.
